Enter Briar Patch into a small den/office area with 1/2 bath and closet, leading into the large eat-in kitchen with cheery décor Light and airy living room offers sofa, hide-a-bed, love seat, recliner chair and rocker. Upstairs is the spacious recently renovated full bath, walk-in closet, master bedroom with dresser, 2nd bedroom offers a trundle bed and dresser. Large front porch provides living space in warm weather.

As the original farm house in this scenic rural area, Briar Patch offers a "step-back-in-time". Although recently renovated in 2005 the cottage is still reminiscent of grandmother's house. A true getaway for anyone living the frantic pace of a metropolitan area.

Linens and towels are furnished. Beds will be freshly made for your arrival. A few beach towels and chairs provided for tenant use.
